Exceptions for Normal Procedure
- Medical certificates will be issued under the normal procedure only in the following circumstances:
- who come to obtain medical certificates due to road traffic accidents, based on police/court orders.
- who are expecting to travel abroad (must present documents such as passport, visa, air tickets, etc. to prove their intention).
- Who come to obtain medical certificates for Route permit.
- For issuing medical certificates for the differently able community.
